Service Description. This Site describes Air Conditioner Repair, Air Conditioner Installation, Heating Repair, Heat Pump Maintenance, Ductless Mini-Split Repairs provided by Conquer Mechanical. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Conquer Mechanical does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conquer Mechanical's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Conquer Mechanical in the 12 months preceding the claim.
